  • Designed and shipped an end-to-end planning platform (FastAPI, PostgreSQL, React/Expo) serving 5 role-based access levels with time-locked, audited scheduling.
  • Engineered a RAG assistant over ~10,000 maintenance records, pairing ChromaDB vector search with a Neo4j knowledge graph of equipment, parts, and procedures.
  • Automated weekly schedule generation with a deterministic, capacity-aware algorithm plus a rule-based alert engine, cutting plan preparation from ~5 hours to under 1 minute.

Help Desk: internal IT support tool

  • Created a real-time ticketing and moderation app (TypeScript, React, Drizzle ORM) where every request carries an owner, an age and an escalation state, so no ticket sits unassigned.
  • Built real-time status delivery on Redis pub/sub, and hardened the API after finding a rate limiter that silently fell back to per-instance in-memory counters and a login response leaking password hashes.
